1. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Refund requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

3. Process

• After verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable products (like spices), once opened or tampered with, are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Exchange

At our discretion, we may offer exchanges for defective products, subject to availability.
